I just really got to ask.

 

Whats the best photoshop to download and use.

 

if u know please send me the link on here and WARNING. i may ask for help a couple times. i fail at photoshop i really just want to get the hang of it though

I would use GIMP. Pretty much does the exact same thing as photoshop (but it's a little harder). But it's free and legal.

Gimp = Free and slightly harder to use + so-so quality.

Photoshop = $250-$400 USD and easier to use + better quality.

Adobe Photoshop CS4 is the way to go.
