And it doesn't seem to be a certain rank gets you italicized names. Haggard Red Tampon Allan Luxz0rz Juku Jack_Sparrow The Green Bastard Repeat PotShotPolka raven maniac and I'm sure more. I've only seen it on Andre and Hank the Tank. Edit: Andre told me it shows if they are a friend or not.
