Mute T's for 20 sec

Hey, Biggest problem at PB is giving the rulez at the start of round cuz of the bitching of some T's.

 

Now I wonder, is it possible to voice-mute all T's for about 20 sec at the start of the round, so the CT's get clearly the time to give rulez without being interrupted.

 

This way the rules should be clear to all the T's & if they do want to complain they first have to think before they'll speak, or just type it down.

this would really help a lot. its sometimes impossible to hear the orders because people are yelling about something that happened the previous round.

...What? If Ts are muted at the start of the round, doesnt that mean theres no way for Ts to talk over CTs? So Why would he be killed but then...you know Im just gonna go ahead and do this:

This was discussed before and I'm not sure where it ended up. It needs to be done, though.
