Will it run those on High smoothly? I'm not too familiar with Radeon, is it a good graphics card? In fact, there is no reason to ever equip a computer with anything below a mid-end card. It's like slapping 4 spares on an Evo. (bad comparison, please do not flame me). Cheap as in how much? If you can get that for ~600, just grab a better graphics card and swap out the 4350. BTW, that computer can run CS:S, but L4D and L4D 2 will probably need to be lower in picture quality. Yeah, it was about $550, but I'd rather save up and invest in something that will be worth while.
