I was talking to somebody who said they took their mouse apart and put a stack of 4 quarters inside their mouse to weigh it down so it makes them play better?

Why would you need adjustable weight in the mouse??

Whats the purpose?

Should I buy a mouse where I can adjust the weight in my mouse also??

you know when you are on dust2 (CT spawn) and ur looking up through DD with an awp? well say someone is hiding behind the left corner and ur aiming twords the middle. To get the mouse to the left corner you would have to move the mouse sliiiiightly. Then shoot. Well, there is only so much you can do with sensitivity/dpi, and when there are weights in the mouse (maybe alot, or nothing at all) it changes the way the mouse reacts :)

i recommend the Microsoft Sidewinder. There you get weights, can change DPI with three easy buttons and there are different pads under the mouse of different stuff to slide/stick to a surface :)

weights in a mouse make it feel more solid. people that mess with it beyond the point of personal preference of how heavy the mouse is are trying to compensate for bad reflexes.

for example, if you havent used your mouse long enough to be able to aim at any point of the screen by reflex, weights are not gonna fix it ;)

Wrathek for the win again!!!

Man this guy is full in great information, listen up to this guy more often everyone! lol!!

So, in this case as I am always for ever running in cs:s lets say, and I am one of those who continuously pick up their mouse and move it, let's say if I'm out of mouse pad space to work with and get the "mouse tweaks" where you continuously spin in a circle.

These weight's will reduce that significantly it seems to me, and what? more DPI if it's closer to the mouse pad than, or something like that huh??

Thanks for the info guys!! Well appreciated!

Cheers!

Or alternatively you can use 2k DPI and the lowest ingame sensitivity like I've got. You can't do 360's with a flick of the wrist but you get pixel perfect accuracy if you move slow and can still whip around 180 without too much movement.
