Gator Posted October 31, 2009 Content Count: 2669 Joined: 03/29/09 Status: Offline Share Posted October 31, 2009 CTRL+ALT+DLT Go to processes, look for Steam.xex, cancel process, open Steam again If not, disable your ingame chat. Load CSS, close CSS, enable and it should work Link to comment

You go to your steam settings and disable in-game messaging/friends chat thing, then you start up cs. Once it's working again you can enable in-game friends chat thing. Link to comment
