can i kill someone for micspamming?

This is a tough answer, last I heard you couldn't kill T's for talking. Perhaps if the person is micspamming HLSS music and such you're allowed.

yes, you can mute players by pressing escape & then go to player-list ... but i don't think every1 should have to do this just because that 1 :tape::tape: can't stop micspamming ... i'd just warn ... warnshoot ... kill
