Weird lag on css

Well basicaly i lag and constantly teleport 1-2m when i play css on my new comp its not fps lag, my fps is always nice and high now but weird thing is this lag only occurs on css for me :/ i was playing arma 2 and it was perfect. My ping is always under 100.. so i don't really know why this happens it stoped for a bit and was normal on the PB server other day but when i went to ze or mg i'd just lag

I Did actually but don't really know how that works soo you'll have to tell me what they should be and how to change them

always needed to fix rates anyway but i think the lag might have just been something that comes and goes (my internet is shit)
