Canada has plenty of gun owners.. in 1998 Canada had a population of approx. 30.2 Million and approx. 7.4 million guns.. that's right.. that's about 1 gun for every 4 people. I seriously doubt much has changed in that respect. The last gun law change I could find in relation to Canada was in 1995. Before the survey I pulled these numbers from was done.
