They are cut down the middle, seeded, filled with creamchesse and wrapped in a slice of bacon. I know what you are going to say, "They aren't Thanksgiving Food!", but we have been eating them for the last 3 years now. Every since our gardens have been up and running, we do what we can with what we have, like the old Pigrims right?
