5GB+ of RAM

AMD PHENOM 9550 Quad-Core Processor

NViDIA GeForce 9300 GE

What Graphics Card would be best for my computer?

I was thinking about the GTX 275 seems nice. Do you think I'll be able to FRAPS CS:S Games with no LAG?

 

I can run CS:S well on my current graphics card but I will receive lag now and then but It's definitely worth updating.

i have a 4870x2 and i cant fraps gmod with no lag

the 448bit memory bus ont hat card sounds promising and is defenitly a good card for the price
