I actually have a couple programs at home that I use. I'll link them to you tonight.

 

You need orbit downloader which I use with Internet explorer, pretty much the only reason I ever use IE is to download the videos which you'll then need to convert to mp3. http://www.orbitdownloader.com/

 

The videos are usually saved as .flv which you then convert to mp3. I use this: http://www.ak-video-converter.com/AK-YouTube-to-MP3-Converter/AK-YouTube-to-MP3-Converter.html

You may do what red recommended, but i personally use youtube downloader hd and then just use a video to mp3 converter which i found on google for free or you can use mediaconverter.org but there is a 5 converts only per day.
