Jager Posted December 15, 2009 Content Count: 1300 Joined: 06/24/07 Status: Offline Share Posted December 15, 2009 the bios controls how many active cores you have running, anything in software does not physically stop the actual core working, so you shouldn't have "broken" anything, but your bios will have an option to turn on or off the cores. swap that and you should be fine.
