The Witcher EE - Game startup error.

My bro bought this game awhile back, and im trying ot play on my PC, but it keeps giving me this error:

 

(The Witcher Enhanced Edition directory, run launcher.exe > The launcher, click Play > ERROR)

 

 

Also, fail .gif

 

The error reads: "Insufficient privelages: you must be administrator when you run this application for the first time".

 

I looked around on the web, and the only thing I could find, was to re-install as administrator "right click setup > run as admin). It didn't work.

Right click>> Properties >> Compatibility >> Run as: select windows xp service pack 2 and check the box where it says run as administrator.
