Itch Posted December 24, 2009 Content Count: 3440 Joined: 12/12/07 Status: Offline Share Posted December 24, 2009 Personally, I loved the Inheritance Series, which included Eragon, Eldest, and Brisingr (4th book out soon!!), by Christopher Paolini. Also, I've read "It" by Stephen King, and I must say that it is an absolute marvel, although it is a little lengthly (around 1100 pages). Are you serious.. if you've read any quality fantasy you would realize that Paulini is a hack. He poorly plagiarizes from decent authors, and lacks anything new to offer. Now back to topic: I read a ton.. I would say approx 3-4 full length novels a week. (on a good week) But before I randomly start recommending books.. what genre are you looking for? Horror, Fantasy, Historical fiction, non-fiction etc? What are some of your interests. A few of the books mentioned are quite good, IE: World War Z, The Stand, etc. However, if you respond to my questions I'll try to put together a list that suites your interests/genre of literature.
