Actually its for my giant collection of games that is building up, So I can have all of my games on one portable hard drive, then if I ever go to a friend's house, I can just bring that instead of bringing a bunch of game cases or having to download them from steam. It's also going to hold music and a back up of my normal hard drive. I got the internal one cuz the current one I have is showing some signs of failure.
