Newegg Return

I was wondering, how do you return an item if you purchased it from newegg and it just arrived, the reason i want to return my graphics card is that by accidently i bought a HD 5850 when I wanted the HD 5870, do you get your money back and what about shipping ??

sure its ur first time on newegg, but that doesnt mean you cant look on newegg yourself. you fill out an RMA request, citing that it was "wrong item" or something along those lines.

 

I'm pretty sure a return shipping label is included, if not, they give you one to print out, i cannot remember its been years. Regardless, its free shipping. you get your money back -15% for a "restocking fee"
