If your ever going to shell out some money for one I suggest getting the G35, I recently purchased it, its very comfortable and the mic is great. The 7.1 surround sound is nice to. To bad I won't be using it for the next 5 months.

So with the recent reformat of my computer and install of Windows 7, my monitor which has a built in microphone no longer works. I went to Dell.com and it had no driver updates for Windows 7 (only to Vista).

So...

I need to buy a headset.

I don't want to spend and arm and a leg. I'm a college student for crying out loud. But I want something that is affordable and of good quality.

In recommendations?

have u tried the vista driver? xp/vista drivers work for me great on 7.

Yes I did try the Vista drivers. It was a no go. I pretty much have to wait until Dell gets off there lazy behind and makes a Windows 7 driver update for it. :censored:
