Better games (1ghz core)

HTML5 (flash is going to die)

Dock connector

Camera is actually a possibility, and if it doesn't come now it will come in the 2nd gen

As for multi-tasking, i'd wait and see on that old chap

I'm glad you have so much faith in HP/Dell/etc, considering Apple has been known to not ship out laptops that break in a few months. Let's not forget Gateway, who went BANKRUPT, and had to cancel their insurance policy with every single one of the school's that had their tablets for students.

I can see ASUS (eee pc) creating a solid little tablet. Look at their netbooks, they tend to be very reliable and as far as noisy. (mine is pretty much silent).

 

And get your facts straight.. Gateway wasn't the one that went bankrupt. Gateway Sold their professional, educational, & government lines to MPC including all warranty and liability to MPC (Micron owned) and MPC filed bankruptcy shortly afterward. As much as I don't care for Gateway or their computers they shouldn't be held responsible for MPC's fuck up.

Hence why I stated it will come in the 2nd gen. You do know ASUS supplies tech parts for Apple, right? And alas, I was wrong, you were right about MPC/Gateway.

 

Also when HTML5 is released you don't think Google will jump on that boat?

Now I haven't seen HTML5 in action yet, obviously, however, if they bring more to the table than Flash (flash has been shit for years, no one can deny that, but no one can compete, until now.), then many people would be converting (including Google, who owns youtube)
