Open your keyboard tab in the in-game options and find which key screenshots are binded to. If you manage to get this working you should find the screenshots in "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\yoursteamname\counter-strike source\cstrike\screenshots". Your directory may be different, so for example it may just be "L:\Steam\etc". Link to comment
