For two, almost all leagues that players get payed to play, disallow bhopping.

 

So either that guy is bhopping on bunnyfix 0 servers, or he's hacking for the forward speed boost.

Read the descript. This was before ESEA disabled bhopping with their own implemented config. I myself hate that they disabled bhopping too as now the game is 1/2 more boring..
