All the awards have to be added manually at the moment. Everyone will get the awards eventually. I've been on other sites since at least 2000, and a lot of them used vBulletin awards systems similar to ours and eGO's. They're not the first ones to use it, so it doesn't make them special. Just because they have it does not mean that we can't have it. And good for your friends, maybe you can get some... oh wait.
