If it's cash, I'm pretty sure that money transfers are not possible. If it's debit, it's going to have to be paypal. You can link a card easily, and if you have a cheque or bank statement, you can fill out the information needed to add the card. Just fill out the form and put which email you are going to use for the credit card but it will say PayPal email.
