Well, on the HG Prison Break server when you die it mutes mic chat but you can still use text chat. This could work for us too.

We can't slay somebody we didn't see free kill you. Sorry, but most of us aren't going to stick our necks out like that and slay other when we don't even know for sure what happened.

A screen shot of what? You can't screen shot a free kill. And no, go into your console and type "record nameofyourdemo" without the quotes.
