What everyone else said. Attempting to use correct grammar, spelling, punctuation and capitalization also helps. I'd expect someone who's 14 to at least do that. I did it, so can you.

In all seriousness, you have to be far more active and prove your maturity. The simple fact that you joined the forum, and without looking for any information on obtaining admin, simply made a thread stating that you want admin proves to me that you are:

1. Impatient

2. Not capable of doing more complex activities, a.k.a not so bright.

Stick around, post on the forums, try to befriend a higher-up or two, and don't become the next jigglebelljr.
