New server help

so i just got a new server and when me and my friends join we cant build or pull up the build menu and worst off all we can see right thru the map walls. i could really use some help with this and theres a huge yellow error list on my screen when i join that doesnt go away so please help. :confused1:

Does it work fine in Single Player or same problem? Also are you hosting this locally or did you buy a dedicated?
