They would never. Only for AOs, and if they trained people with rcon... madness.

It's not using mani to respawn, rather EST which is done through rcon, hence why you need the rcon password to do this. With the rcon password you can do basically anything which is why very few people have access to it. If you are that interested in it though, here's the EST commands list.
