Not that i'm insulting Spartan, he certainly does a lot for SG, but this is where that people who don't actively play PB are making rules for PB thing comes in.

i just use common sense, if you doing my order but fooling around and shit ill give you a warning shot but when you intentionally ignore my order by going else where i won't hesitate to kill you

Reading a text book does not give you the same level of detail as someone who actually knows the living conditions of the US. Only use a quote when it's something that actually makes sense. It'd be like me saying "Yah, i've never been to war but i read about it which means i know exactly how it feels." The differences between war and PB are obvious, but you can pretty much replace war with any type of location or event. Although we're going off topic here, most of the decisions about PB, especially the one regarding warning shots, were made by people who don't really play PB. Don't try and tell me the group of administrators who actively play PB don't know more about PB including what works and what doesn't then someone who doesn't play PB.

You basically just said no matter what the conditions, locations, or specifics are, someone who lived just a single day could know exactly the same about the country as someone whose lived a lifetime in the same country. You're saying you could go to any other country for a day and give a lifetime's worth of a report on the living conditions and everyday life of a citizen there?
