You basically just said no matter what the conditions, locations, or specifics are, someone who lived just a single day could know exactly the same about the country as someone whose lived a lifetime in the same country. You're saying you could go to any other country for a day and give a lifetime's worth of a report on the living conditions and everyday life of a citizen there?

 

I'm sure Spartan is aware of the rules concerning Jailbreak, they aren't that hard to learn.

Anyone who is new the CS:S has jumped on to sg's jb and quickly figured out the rules, and in less than 3 days they are a regular CT who knows everything like the back of his hand.

first of all, jazzy is right, not all, but some admins dont follow all the rules, and some tend to abuse at times, like lately ive seen a few admins slay people for giving them a warning shot

as for the rules itself, i think it should stay just because some people dont know where everything is at, but the rule should be made more specific

 

this is somewhat off topic, but another rule should be that there is no special orders given to a single person

like a ct giving one t a freeday while the rest go to pool or something
