Ipod nano went throught wash!!

So yesturday morning my ipod nano went through the wash. i let it sit for 15 minutes after and tried to turn it on. It didn't. it was lifeless. So i decided to try to take it apart and dry it off using compressed air. So i did and after taking it apart and blowing compressed air all over the circuit board and lcd screen, I left it open for the night. the next morning i pluged only the circuit board into my iDoc and it works!!! (It plays music and LCD screen works). Now i just gotta put it back together and hope the spin wheel works... Im soo happy!

anyone else had this happen to them?

This is one of the reasons why I hate small devices. Even if you are careful, things like this can happen. I will never buy a smaller iPod than the Touch. Even with my touch I have a huge ass case on it just to make sure I know where it is at all times.

I just recently got myself a touch because my nano decided to finally die. 4yrs of working, it lasted long.

 

I like the touches tho, great for movies and shit. And plus i just installed a new deck in my car with Ipod control so it's even more badass now :]
