Supa Posted March 16, 2010 Content Count: 1765 Joined: 12/30/09 Status: Offline Share Posted March 16, 2010 I'll list my Top 5... 1.) U2/Goo Goo Dolls - I know this sounds pretty lame to a lot of you, but I grew up a huge U2 fan, because of my dad. And I grew up listening to the Goo Goo Dolls and how they evolved in music. It was just a really good concert that I got to experience with my dad. 2.) Reel Big Fish/Goldfinger/Zebrahead - This concert rocked me socks off. I'm a huge ska fan and it was awesome to watch these guys jam. 3.) Rise Against/Rancid/Billy Talent - I'm a huge Rancid fan, so it was awesome to finally get to see them. I also like Rise Against and they didn't disappoint either. 4.) Less Than Jake/Yellowcard/Fall Out Boy - Funny enough, this was well before YC and FOB were MTV big. I went for Less Than Jake and they were rocktastic! Yellowcard was pretty awesome too. 5.) NOFX/Akaline Trio - Huge NOFX fan and they definitely disappointed as to be expected. You basically pay to watch them perform drunk. It's fantastic. 2 Link to comment

Bad Dog Posted March 16, 2010 Content Count: 3380 Joined: 02/07/09 Status: Offline Share Posted March 16, 2010 Easily The Offspring/ Dropkick Murphies. Stopped the show twice because of injuried people in the crowd, crowd surfing out the ass, blow up dolls being passed around like volleyballs, a guy jumping on stage and hugging the bassist and then stage diving off stage and away from security. And that was all before they even reached "intermission." I saw U2, but that was before I learned what a giant douche of a band they were so I enjoyed it a little. Hopefully this summer I will see Soundgardens reunion at Lollapalooza, one of my all time favorite bands. I also saw the guy from Fallout Boy, he went to my school few years back and came back and we HAD to go to his gay ass acoustic assembly. I thought FB couldnt be worse, until I heard it acoustically played with three girls cheering in the audience. Fail. 1 Link to comment

Lux Posted March 23, 2010 Content Count: 6712 Joined: 03/06/08 Status: Offline Share Posted March 23, 2010 1.Hard-Fi - Wembley Arena - venue has one of the best acoustics and one of my favourite bands. 2.Keane - 02 - again great venue for acoustics and not really got the strength in depth song wise but still enjoyed it. 3.Muse - Wembley Stadium - Not great sound because it's open roof but 80k+ fans and I was close (ish) to them on the ground. 4.Foo Fighters - Wembley Stadium - Wasn't so close and I prefer Muse tbh. 5.Dragon Force - Astoria - Very small venue (about 2k I think??)....but the mosh pit was lols...although I only went in for a bit Ones I still hope to go to in the future -Coldplay -U2 -Hard-Fi again Link to comment
