Your Japanese (writing?) is a failure. anata = You no = possessive, making you become Your jojishi = writing/poetry nihongo = Japanese language de = at shippai = failure suru = to become I'm guessing you wanted to write 'You fail at writing Japanese' no and de are grammatical words in the Japanese language.
