Start your PC through the CD, then click "install vista" then you'll get an option to format your harddrive or not, just make it format the harddisk and then install.

 

when i start my pc throught the cd it appears some things and then it says C:> and idk what the hell 2 type

you need to enter the bios in the motherboard on start up. to do this hit the delete key or F1 straight after you hit the reset button on you computer. once in the bios there is an option called boot priority. you need to change this from your hard drive to your disc drive, hit F10 ( save settings and reboot) and next time it loads, it will load you OS
