SneakySnake Posted March 29, 2010 Content Count: 1910 Joined: 08/07/08 Status: Offline Share Posted March 29, 2010 I am looking into getting a Scuba Diving Computer Wristwatch, instead of the pressure gauge attachment. Something like these: http://www.nextag.com/computer-dive-watches/compare-html BUT, I would like some of, or most of, the features on this one: http://www.scuba.com/scuba-gear-104/Watches.html I need to find soemthing affordable, and has almost/all of these: Titanium housing, or something durable and NOT metal, steel, etc. Only titanium, thermoplastic, etc. Time and Date (use it like a watch) Temperature (Surface and Depth) Alarm Set Safety Stop Depth and Time Built in digital compass User changeable Dual Algorithm [doesn't have to have] Advanced watch functions including alternate time zone, stopwatch, lap timer, daily alarm, and countdown timer A depth of at least 100-150ft and other handy features. AFFORDABLE PRICE RANGE: $0-$450ish, hopefully lower. Some good ones: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270551440196 http://diveremporium.com/dive_watches.html Does anybody have any experience with these and can recommend? Well, saying 450ish, I meant I might go higher a little. The only reason I'm looking for digital is because it's a computer watch. I have Citizen Analog watches that I wear, but using a computer watch when diving helps keep trackk of depth, pressure, dive time w/ surfacing incase of air shortage, etc. The computer makes it so much easier to log your dives aswell.
