Sure lets buy a server for a game that no-1 has. Almost everyone with counter strike source, has cs 1.6, or can get acces to it. Really, CS1.6 would be great. Link to comment

`Pepper. Posted April 1, 2010 Content Count: 513 Joined: 12/06/09 Status: Offline Share Posted April 1, 2010 People play CS1.6 because they can't run source, or don't like it. I think it would have create 2 seperate player bases. If people join because they play BC2, they most likely have CS:Source. If not they can certainly run it. If people join because of 1.6 they wont be able to play anything new that SG does. Link to comment

I personally don't think a 1.6 server would be bad but I am not sure if it would be populated enough. Plus the SG tags for members, regs, hons, and sups, won't work haha. Link to comment
