You need to waterproof EVERYTHING even with mineral oil, and there's really not much that's as good a conductor of heat as water that wont also be a pain in the ass or damage your rig. I decided to OC, so I switch my watercooling (from my old/parents and siblings current) to that. My current PC (xeon 3440, 5750) doesn't have watercooling though, thinking about getting something for the CPU, and possibly the graphics card. Wasn't sure if I should get a GPU block though...
