Best ingame recording software?

Yeah, I'm starting to think about recording stuff like machinimas to put on youtube. (if you are interested in joining me making them, please PM me)

So I need a good ingame recorder which records ingame sounds like when you record a demo.

Requirements:

Must be good with an 1,8GHz processor

• Must have a good sound quality
  
• Must have good video quality
  
• Must be able to cut in the movie
