people just need to be more specific with orders and learn that To somewhere, doesnt mean inside, just means to which is anywhere on top of it, inside it, or just touching it

If they say go TO big cage, I have never seen a case where they simply wanted you to be around it. If they want you ontop of it, they generally say "Go ontop of big cage".

 

Whenever they want you to line up somewhere, they tell you to line up on whatever wall.

Yes but you rarely see orders being said go to the top of medic or top of solitary because most people cannot get up there for some reason. It is completely different in the situation with the big cage because CTs will give orders to either go inside the big cage or on top of the big cage.
