embed videos in powerpoint 07

go to insert -> video -> from file. include the video, and have it play once clicked.

 

when you're done with the entire presentation, go to file -> publish -> package for CD.

 

click the checkbox that says "package in a folder".

 

once its saved to a folder, you can delete everything but the .ppt and the video file.

 

now, zip up that folder or put it on your flash drive etc, and it will play on any computer without losing where the video file is located.
