Not showing off or anything...but whilst it's quite small you don't get a lot for your money in London. But........it's home......shame the neighbours are cunts (especially the one with the BMW) Link to comment

Mines around £200k It's hard to tell with the current housing market being down.....but it was £250k when we got the house 8 years ago....so I'd assume that it's somewhere between £275k-£350k.
