Its just common sense. No one should assume, but if I see you specifically throw it and I know you did it. I may kill you, but than again I rarely play pb.

The flash is a opening for Ts to rebel with ease so obviously it is a harmful act. I categorize a smoke as this also.

any order given can be an opening for t's to rebel

but if one throws a smoke/flash nade, its not means to shoot or even kill them and if it actually hits you, dont QQ about it, its a whole 1 hp lost, not like its gonna kill you

if you hit them yes, if you dont no. If they dont want you to throw them then they have to say something about it first. most maps dont have flash or smokes so its not much of a problem. none of the electric clones have any special nades.

Yes there is! theres 2 flashes (both in lockers) and a smoke (on top of a shower) in razor_v6, and the others i dont know.

Neways, this thread was just to make sure to understand this situation for the future

If everyone was aloud to throw flashes when they pleased than it would create numerous opportunities for terrorists to rebel. Its all really about the judgment of said player and the admin in the server. Usually a warning shot will suffice for the situation, but often times a smart terrorist will throw the flash at a critical moment in a area of the map that opens a key opportunity for them to rebel. Flashes cannot be used for fun, they are always used with the intention of harming the counter terrorist. Smokes are a different story and really has to do with the location where the smoke was deployed.

If i follow ur idea... Lets just imagine a situation where all T are in VIP, and a ct, out of nowhere, decides to flash us or smoke us..., can i call it a ''Freeshot''?

I'm pretty sure that counter terrorists do not get flashes and smokes at the beginning of the round but I don't want to get anal about the situation. The counter terrorists when they throw grenades of that manner. They are usually either being a dick or using it as a deterrent for impending harm from terrorists. Just play the game and if you get killed because of a flash talk to admin with the admin chat. Just put a @ and space in front of the text.

i mostly don't kill for a flash/smoke ...

but sometimes i kill a t for throwing a 'nade' while the nade is still in mid-air ... & i only realise later that it was a flash.

anyway i think people should max be allowed to give a warningshot for it.
