I'm a little iffy on the whole private admin complaints. What if other players have insight on the issue? How are we going to communicate and be able to address the issue?

 

Then I suppose when the admin gets the PM from the AO that is in charge of the complaint, you can simply say "This admin was there and saw this and this..." and said admin can PM the higher up with their response (/b/lackup).

 

Pretty simple, and it cuts down on all the random spam.

I'd have to say this is a good move, remove the extra bs and getting down to the actual complaint faster and more efficiently while at the same time allowing them to witness what the actual complaint is about.

Nope. We won't be told when people are banned or why, it's exactly what we asked for in our undisclosed proposals.

That's a large portion of drama cut off from SG, I don't think we'll surivive without it. I always loved reading admin complaints for the lulz.
