Every time you kill somebody, the dice is rolled to see if you get a ticket or not. Every time you get killed by somebody, the dice will roll to see if you get a ticket or not. Pretty much, getting into fire-fights will give you more chances to roll the dice for a ticket, as long as a person is dying. Link to comment
