I guess you are referring to the 4 North Korean players (as I couldn't be arsed to go dig in the topic to find out ).. Every team can attend with 23 players for each game, but in North Koreas first match they only chose to attend with 19, and therefor people believed that the 4 players were missing.. But they've been on the hotel the whole time and will play in their next game..
