Although I agree that AT&T's network is a pile of shit.... unfortunately here in Utah Sprint's network has been worse for me. Dropped calls, no signal, a delay of 1/2 a day to receive txt messages etc. So Sprint isn't a viable option for me.

 

As for Apple.. yes they should get rid of their single network contract.. It would def. help.

 

Sprint is a more city faced company. you can get 4g in much of the five boroughs, but as soon as you leave a major city, you may as well be in the middle of the wilderness, because you get horrid reception.

lol some kid got mad because I called him an idiot. Here since you can't seem to hold an intelligent conversation let me use numbers so you can understand.

 

1. They haven't even ANNOUNCED the new iPod Touch for all we fucking know, it could come out in a year or two.

 

2. My mom (who has the same business plan as I do) talked to an AT&T rep and said 3G will finish rolling out in three months, but thanks for calling me an idiot when a person that works for the fucking company says it'll be done in three months, and why the fuck would it take three years when then are planning to roll out 4G next year?

 

3. Try dividing 20 billion by 10 there buddy, and you would have been right. AT&T is spending 2 billion to fix their network, and if you knew how big AT&T was, you would know money isn't an issue for them, but seeing as I am an idiot with no proof let me show you.

Fortune 500: AT&T = 7th Verizon = 13th; almost a 13 million dollar revenue difference and gets 11 million more in profits than Verizon.

 

4. Seems like you are just trying to be big in the pants at this point with the non-smartphone bit (fucking hilarious) i'm not really going to explain anything at this point because you kind of just prove my point of how you don't know what you are talking about.

Im pretty sure your wrong about this...apparently Iphone will be available to Verizon customer this summer..

 

Anyway now that we have that cleared up, I hope to god that a Verizon iPhone does come out this year, I would switch in a heartbeat, sure the droid compared to my 3GS wasn't as great, but AT&T isn't that good right now. Then again by the time a Verizon iPhone DOES come out AT&T is probably going to be just as good as Verizon is right now.
