We don't 100% exclude youngins from admin, although 10 is pushing it. You would have to SERIOUSLY prove to us you are EXTREMELY mature, and we would have to feel very comfortable in you getting admin. But it can definitely be done if you are a truly mature 10 year old. (Also if you have an annoying voice, no offense, don't use mic much)
