People are always going to be rude and make idiotic comments no matter what, especially at a younger age. Or when someone suffers a disfigurement/something they don't see everyday or unfamiliar with. The only thing you can really do is just ignore it, you could get mad and argue/fight back but really.. waste of time and energy after having to constantly do it.
