If i remember, it used to be a rule that they couldn't. Drox Posted June 9, 2010 Content Count: 8383 Joined: 12/17/08 Status: Offline Share Posted June 9, 2010 They can if its the beginning of the round and someone disobeyed the order they have to give every round for it to take effect which is "Dont open or leave cells" if that order isnt given before cells are open then no they cant order u back into ure cells. At that point they have to give real orders. Since if that is the case CTs could just make T's stay in their cells the whole round every round. I didnt, and i was saying on the mic that they cant do that, as were other people, then i was gunned down for being outside of my cell.
