Whenever someone specific talks on the mic or when I shoot an awp I get this odd static and partial mute effect. I'm not sure why but it does it on both my Speakers and headphones. I'm not sure if it is my sound card that is fucked up or what. Can someone help with this? Link to comment

Happens to me all the time with certain mics as well, I just chalked it up to being a sound card issue since it only happens when using any type of TRS connector but never occurs if I happen to use a USB sound device.
