Mouse Pointer Flicks & Disappears (Details)

Quoted from Yahoo Answers which did not answer the problem but pretty much when I'm getting.

 

Whenever i run a game like Counter Strike Source, Team Fortress 2, or Garry's Mod, the mouse pointer disappears and appears in the main screen. Whenever i join a server, the crosshair is there, but in the buy weapons menu in CSS, the choose class screen in TF2, and the build menu in GMod the mouse disappears and reappear I have Windows Vista and an Nvidia 8400 with the latest update. Please help, its very irritating and hard to play like with a weird pointer.

I run steam in admin and start CS:S from the games menu in steam.

 

Does anyone know a way on how to fix this?
